OVERVIEW
In my current role, I am leading a North Star design initiative for an innovative Chase product. The primary objective is to foster stronger customer relationships by delivering personalized experiences and lifestyle enhancements in a completely new market segment.
Furthermore, I have successfully led and implemented both Phase I and II of the redesign for the 'Contact Us' section in the Chase app. This space is crafted to facilitate customer connections through self-service options and the call center, specifically addressing and resolving credit card-related issues, resulting in significant positive outcomes. Currently, I am actively engaged in Phase III, where our goal is to further enhance this area by incorporating additional useful features and tools for an even more efficient experience.
